About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards with high performance and usability.
- Perform data modeling and complex SQL queries in Google BigQuery.
- Utilize GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, and Billing Exports to manage and process analytics data.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor offshore BI development teams for dashboard and reporting delivery.
- Ensure dashboards follow best practices in architecture, performance tuning, and security.
- Participate in Agile BI delivery processes, providing status updates, estimating tasks, and managing priorities.
- Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI development, analytics, and data visualization.
- Expert-level Tableau skills: dashboard architecture, performance tuning, data blending, calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameterization.
- Strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling with Google BigQuery.
- Hands-on experience with GCP services: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, Billing Exports.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile BI delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with offshore teams for dashboard development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interfacing with technical and business stakeholders.
