- Junior Teamlead BI Consultant leading Data & Cloud projects for HICO Group AG. Overseeing project execution for enterprise clients and collaborating with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung und Teamleitung für den Bereich Data & Cloud Consulting CH
- Projektleitung, Konzeption und Implementierung anspruchsvoller DWH-Projekte
- Projektverantwortung bei global agierenden Enterprise-Kunden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im Leiter-Team und internationalen Berater-Teams
- Begleitung des Kunden vom Presales bis unternehmensweiten Roll-Out
- Reiseaufkommen von ca. 1-2 Tagen pro Woche
Requirements
- Leidenschaft Berater-Teams mit technologischen Schwerpunkten im DWH-Bereich zu führen
- Herausforderungen kunden-, ziel- und teamorientiert angehen
- Verständnis für Systeme und Prozesse zu digitalisieren
- Analytische Denkweise
- Technologisch und methodisch „up-to-date“
- Erfahrung im Teamaufbau oder erste Führungserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Consulting (4+ Jahre wünschenswert)
- Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
