About the role

  • Business Development Specialist providing operational support in CRM, marketing, and event logistics. Joining Strategic Gears to assist the BD team in daily activities in Cairo.

Responsibilities

  • Handle CRM updates and maintain data accuracy.
  • Support marketing initiatives and coordinate with relevant teams for execution.
  • Handling events management including logistics and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain BD databases and track engagement records.
  • Support client meetings and documentation.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in business development.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with clients and other Stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
  • Good knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems
  • Highly proficient in MS (Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook)
