About the role

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute pipeline strategies.
  • Run high-volume outreach (calls, email, social) to generate new opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and book discovery calls with Account Executives.
  • Apply an AI-first approach to prospecting—experimenting with automation, tools, and data-driven insights.
  • Continuously learn about multiple industries and use cases to build business acumen.
  • Share insights on lead quality and messaging to strengthen team playbooks.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, perseverance, and positive energy.
  • Adaptive communicator who can tailor outreach to different prospects' needs.
  • Quick learner, eager to test and adopt new outreach tactics and tools.
  • Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with AI or automation in sales engagement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or other prospecting platforms.
  • Multilingual skills.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, automation, or intelligent document processing markets.
