Business Development Manager responsible for business growth and client relationships at Life Academy. Focused on generating leads and maximizing sales in Colombia with a strategic approach.
Responsibilities
Identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante estrategias de prospección activa (llamadas, redes profesionales, referencias, eventos, etc.).
Contactar y calificar leads potenciales de acuerdo con los criterios de negocio establecidos.
Presentar los servicios y programas de Life Academy a posibles clientes, comunicando su valor y diferenciadores.
Mantener un pipeline actualizado y ordenado dentro del CRM (preferentemente Salesforce).
Dar seguimiento constante a los leads generados para maximizar las tasas de conversión.
Colaborar con el equipo comercial para asegurar la correcta transición de prospectos a clientes activos.
Analizar el mercado y detectar oportunidades de expansión o nuevos segmentos de clientes.
Cumplir con los objetivos de prospección y KPIs asignados semanal y mensualmente.
Representar a Life Academy con profesionalismo y entusiasmo en todas las interacciones con prospectos y socios comerciales.
Requirements
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios o ventas (preferiblemente en sectores educativos, financieros o de servicios).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y cierre.
Capacidad para establecer relaciones de confianza con clientes y socios.
Nivel avanzado de español e inglés.
Manejo de CRM (preferentemente Salesforce) y herramientas de productividad (MS Office, Google Suite).
Perfil autónomo, orientado a objetivos y con pensamiento estratégico.
Experiencia en presentaciones y demostraciones ante grupos o clientes corporativos.
