Responsibilities
You drive growth through proactive outbound activities.
Generate new leads and create demand in the DACH market.
Contribute to shaping the lead-generation strategy and selecting target industries.
Research and identify potential customers across multiple channels.
Take full ownership of the sales cycle.
Reach out to potential customers via cold calling and email.
Requirements
Some prior experience as an SDR or in a comparable sales role is desirable.
Strong business acumen and a high degree of curiosity.
Resilience and a get-it-done mentality, plus the ability to solve problems analytically.
Interest in learning about software and the SaaS environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Languages: German & English (C1–C2).
Ability to build trust and enthusiasm.
Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
