About the role

  • Business Development Representative driving commercial opportunities for a dynamic EdTech company in Madrid. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance client acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Use and optimize growth-hacking sources and techniques to identify and acquire high-potential clients
  • Collect information and identify key stakeholders to secure an initial conversation and build trust
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their potential
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to convert leads into real sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to define compelling new content for lead acquisition and conversion
  • Proactively propose ideas to keep our team increasingly effective and innovative!

Requirements

  • You have strong writing skills, and you are enthusiastic and detail-oriented
  • You have a passion for sales and a true hunter mindset
  • You possess solid business sense and strong interpersonal skills
