Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new clients across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their talent, workforce, and operational challenges.
Partner with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Expand relationships within accounts to drive additional service adoption and revenue growth.
Stay current on workforce trends, industry challenges, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence.
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM tools.
Collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and refine service offerings.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in professional services, consulting, staffing, or RPO.
Proven ability to sell into SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts with measurable revenue results. Ideally has established relationships and connections.
Strong knowledge of workforce solutions, staffing models, and recruitment process outsourcing. Preferred – strong experience in direct placement and/or Recruitment Process Outsourcing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong network of decision-makers in HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Procurement a plus.
