About the role

  • Business Development Manager driving revenue growth through consulting, staffing, and RPO services. Seeking experienced candidate for client relationship management and new business development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote professional services, contingent staffing, and RPO solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their talent, workforce, and operational challenges.
  • Partner with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Expand relationships within accounts to drive additional service adoption and revenue growth.
  • Stay current on workforce trends, industry challenges, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and refine service offerings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in professional services, consulting, staffing, or RPO.
  • Proven ability to sell into SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts with measurable revenue results. Ideally has established relationships and connections.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce solutions, staffing models, and recruitment process outsourcing. Preferred – strong experience in direct placement and/or Recruitment Process Outsourcing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong network of decision-makers in HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Procurement a plus.
