About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with agents, introducers, and clients across the Israeli market.
  • Represent bbf: at B2B and B2C events, including public speaking and networking engagements.
  • Grow the assigned region by generating new leads, converting them into clients, and expanding the local partner network.
  • Conduct regular partner communications (calls, updates, meetings), ensuring timely support and information.
  • Coordinate product trainings and onboarding for newly engaged agents and their teams.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of marketing materials, property updates, and availability data to partners.
  • Guide prospective buyers through the property selection process, from first contact to inspection.
  • Evaluate the loyalty and productivity of each partner and build performance-based engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and regional market specifics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, business development, sales, or partner/client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident public speaker and strong networker.
  • High level of personal responsibility, strategic thinking, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed between Israel and Cyprus.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English is required; Greek will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
