About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders and potential clients within the healthcare industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth areas.
  • Support the sales team in outreach to prospective customers and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with product offerings.
  • Prepare sales materials, pitch decks, and proposals to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in technology with a focus on the industry sector).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Market analysis and research skills.
  • Fluent in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or better).
  • Experience with CRM tools and an understanding of related processes.
  • Interest in cloud security and emerging technologies.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
