About the role
- Associate Business Consultant responsible for consulting services on software solutions at Objective. Engaging clients, supporting configuration, and facilitating workshops primarily in Wellington.
Responsibilities
- Providing expert advice on all features/functions/techniques used.
- Configuring customer solutions using the product features plus providing content configuration assistance to the customers.
- Supporting more senior consultants by providing administration support.
- Facilitating workshops with clients which may include demos, training, or design workshops.
- Acting as the liaison between the customers/business consultants and Objective Product, Development and Testing teams.
- Assisting Objective Support and Engineering in the troubleshooting and rectification of support incidents.
- Ensuring continuous improvement in the “way we work at Objective Corporation.”
- Travelling as required for implementation.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Advanced MS Word, Outlook) and Jira software.
- Knowledge of data models.
- Experience in configuration of software solutions.
- Business requirement analysis and solution mapping.
- Good communication skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Takes ownership of own self-development, and pursues the achievement of goals with energy and enthusiasm.
