  • · Advise clients on adherence to TPRM-relevant industry standards and regulatory expectations, including (as applicable): OCC, EBA, PRA, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, etc.).
  • · Design and present solution architectures that reflect real-world TPRM program challenges, tradeoffs, and operational realities.
  • · Support executive-level discussions by persuasively articulating program value, defensibility, and audit/regulatory readiness, not just system functionality.
  • · Partner with Sales to support complex enterprise pursuits by contributing TPRM credibility, program insight, and risk-based storytelling.
  • · Collaborate with Implementation and Customer teams to ensure continuity from solution vision to program execution.
  • · Provide ongoing feedback to Product and Strategy teams based on observed gaps, emerging regulations, and practitioner needs.
  • · Ability to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • · Ability to persuasively communicate complex risk concepts clearly to both practitioners and executives.
  • · Hands-on experience working with TPRM and/or GRC technology platforms (vendor-agnostic experience strongly valued).
  • **Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Soft Skills: (Optional)**

  • · Deep TPRM domain expertise with the ability to apply best practices pragmatically.
  • · Ability to balance regulatory rigor with operational feasibility.
  • · Strong storytelling skills: connecting risk, process, and technology into a persuasive narrative.
  • · Structured, organized approach to complex problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
  • · Collaborative orientation (e.g. with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams).
  • · Exposure to TPRM and/or GRC program transformation initiatives, including technology selection or operating model redesign.
  • · Comfort facilitating workshops, working sessions, and executive briefings.
  • · Familiarity with data-driven risk reporting, KPIs, and board-level metrics.
