About the role
- Junior Application Lifecycle Management Consultant providing expertise in ALM solutions like SAP and JIRA for automotive clients. Supporting project execution and enhancing processes in collaboration with clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for the ALM solutions in use (SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and Atlassian JIRA)
- Design and improve ALM processes and tool landscapes together with our clients
- Support projects on the client side and ensure process quality and compliance
- Assist clients in executing their projects and answer questions about processes and tools
- Gain a fast entry into ALM consulting and become a certified Application Consultant
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
- Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management processes (especially Change Control/Request Management)
- Experience with various ALM solutions (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, Atlassian JIRA) or strong interest in them
- Strong communication skills
- German language skills at (at least) C1 level
- English language skills at (at least) B2 level
