About the role

  • Represent Clover onsite in an ADP office as the dedicated consultant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ADP sellers to generate Clover referrals.
  • Influence ADP reps to cross-sell Clover alongside payroll services.
  • Source, sign, and activate Clover merchants from ADP-provided leads.
  • Manage pipeline through the full cycle: lead → signed contract → activation.
  • Achieve 25+ activations per month as a baseline; higher performance rewarded.
  • Exemplify Fiserv’s core values by upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering genuine connections with partners and clients.
  • Embed Clover into ADP’s payroll ecosystem to transform how merchants manage payments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently as the only Clover rep onsite.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred: 2+ years in a quota-driven sales role.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in partner or channel sales.
  • Preferred: Strong record of exceeding performance targets.
  • Role not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
