About the role
- Represent Clover onsite in an ADP office as the dedicated consultant.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ADP sellers to generate Clover referrals.
- Influence ADP reps to cross-sell Clover alongside payroll services.
- Source, sign, and activate Clover merchants from ADP-provided leads.
- Manage pipeline through the full cycle: lead → signed contract → activation.
- Achieve 25+ activations per month as a baseline; higher performance rewarded.
- Exemplify Fiserv’s core values by upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering genuine connections with partners and clients.
- Embed Clover into ADP’s payroll ecosystem to transform how merchants manage payments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as the only Clover rep onsite.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred: 2+ years in a quota-driven sales role.
- Preferred: Prior experience in partner or channel sales.
- Preferred: Strong record of exceeding performance targets.
