About the role

  • Lead strategic change management projects across different industries and regions.
  • Design and implement comprehensive change strategies (communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, sustainment).
  • Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders.
  • Ensure methodological quality.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and lead lessons-learned and improvement sessions.
  • Promote alignment between business strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience leading Change Management projects.
  • Solid experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders, adapting change strategies to different organizational contexts.
  • Prosci Certification (highly desirable).
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools (required).
  • Strong skills in consultative leadership, strategic thinking, risk management, and effective communication.
