About the role
- Join the ADP Solutions sales team to embed Clover into ADP’s payroll ecosystem.
- Represent Clover onsite in an ADP office as the dedicated consultant.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ADP sellers to generate Clover referrals.
- Influence ADP reps to cross-sell Clover alongside payroll services.
- Source, sign, and activate Clover merchants from ADP-provided leads.
- Manage pipeline through the full cycle: lead → signed contract → activation.
- Achieve 25+ activations per month as a baseline, with higher performance rewarded.
- Exemplify Fiserv’s core values and uphold ethical standards while fostering partner and client connections.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as the only Clover rep onsite.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 2+ years in a quota-driven sales role (preferred).
- Prior experience in partner or channel sales (preferred).
- Strong record of exceeding performance targets (preferred).
