About the role

  • Manage warehouse inventory targets, performance against targets, and contribute to action plans to ensure process success and sustainability
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to determine precise inventory requirements and establish effective replenishment strategies.
  • Regularly prepare detailed inventory reports and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Highlight critical metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and order accuracy. Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations for process enhancements and cost reductions.
  • Partner with the Category Planner to prioritize allocation of inventory across retail accounts and distribution centers to guarantee customer orders are shipped on time and in full.
  • Develop initial forecasts to ensure detailed item-level coverages for accounts.
  • Provide analytics to minimize and monitor inventory aging, excess and obsolescence.

Requirements

  • Must be authorize to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Planning or related field or equivalent years of experience
  • 1-2 years of supply chain management or inventory management experience
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software (SAP, Power BI, SAS, etc.)
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Extensive experience and proficiency in BI & Excel tools and functionality
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs.
