About the role

  • Business Analyst enhancing digital transformation solutions in Secure Government unit. Collaborating with teams to deliver client-focused initiatives in technology-led environments.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional results for our clients by putting value at the core of everything we do.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and shape the culture and behaviours required for successful digital adoption.
  • Analyse processes and operations, using appropriate tools and techniques to identify improvements in accordance with client objectives, including workshop facilitation.
  • Facilitate and manage end‑to‑end requirements development—from initial business needs through user‑level requirements—ensuring clear translation, traceability, and alignment to support the creation of value‑adding digital solutions.
  • Develop/lead transformation roadmaps that form the foundation of digital change for our customers.
  • Influence Agile practices within our client’s environment, helping to shape key activities and actively participating in sprints, scrums and retrospectives.
  • Contributing to the development of operational improvement tools, techniques and methods that build capability within our teams, including exploring how AI‑enabled approaches can enhance efficiency, insight and value.
  • Championing our stakeholders' needs, ensuring development is aligned with their requirements and business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting services to clients or relevant business analyst role.
  • Attained or working towards BA Diploma.
  • Experience in technology-led transformation programmes across strategy, business design and change management.
  • Experience in an agile project delivery environment (e.g., APMP, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum).
  • Ability to support the translation of user needs and business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions, and communicating them effectively to a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience with core Business Analysis and delivery tools such as Visio for process modelling, Jira and Azure DevOps for backlog management, and other platforms that support effective requirements development and Agile delivery.
  • Exemplary stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • An interest in emerging technology and being digital savvy.
  • Experience in Security and or more of our key markets (Defence, Aerospace, Energy, Utilities, Highways, Rail or the Public Sector).
