About the role

  • Supporting a variety of administrative tasks for the Youth Support Team.
  • Minute taking for highly confidential and sensitive meetings.
  • Collating information prior to meetings.
  • Distributing minutes via secure email.
  • Updating client databases and data checks.
  • Updating tracking spreadsheets using Excel.
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries, taking messages and signposting to relevant teams/organisations.
  • Providing a good customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisation and minute taking skills.
  • Understanding of working in a confidential office environment.
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • Proactive and flexible approach with an ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with colleagues at different levels across the organisation.
