About the role

  • Prospect and identify Fortune 1000 brands and agencies with significant CTV spend, creating and managing a strong sales pipeline for IRIS-enabled data opportunities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for prospective clients and support the broader Viant DSP sales team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and senior leadership across agencies and advertisers throughout the full sales cycle
  • Execute outreach efforts digitally, in-person, and at industry events, delivering IRIS.TV presentations and driving qualified leads
  • Partner with internal IRIS.TV and Viant teams to activate, track, and optimize campaigns, while ensuring accurate CRM forecasting and adherence to company processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in IRIS.TV products, supporting Viant sales teams and clients with technical expertise, campaign activation, and creative problem-solving
  • Respond to RFPs, pursue proactive strategic partnerships, and leverage IRIS-enabled data as a differentiator to win new accounts and expand adoption
  • Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events to represent IRIS.TV and strengthen market presence

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media or ad tech sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising technologies, particularly Video/CTV, and expertise in applying data across DSPs and SSPs
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with established relationships at top media buying agencies and the ability to build lasting client partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline management, CRM usage, relationship building, and closing deals
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, able to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field
