Conceptualize and deliver compelling visual assets including text, images, and videos for internal (employee-focused events and activities) and external campaigns (for PR, social media, awards, tradeshows, product launches, etc.)
Prioritize and create assets including posters, pop-up banners, email headers, intranet headers/tiles, Zoom backgrounds, digital signage, Web pages, infographics, product launches, and social media.
Support Cirrus Logic events and tradeshows with compelling designs that tell our stories, brand our events, and communicate key points to attendees.
Produce videos ranging from in-house iPhone video and production for internal communications (employee all-hands meetings) and social media to working with external resources on professional quality video for external use on the Web, at tradeshows, etc.
Create high-visibility corporate slide templates and decks for events, internal comms, Webinars, customer presentations, and other needs.
Collaborate across the business to support marketing material requests, including demo displays, sales enablement content, etc.
Curate our visual assets using our digital asset management tool with attention toward tagging and usability across the organization.
Requirements
A systematic design mindset—you don’t just make things look good, you make them work in an efficient and effective system.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, particularly in web, intranet design, and video.
5+ years of experience in visual design, preferably within a corporate setting.
Software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, Trello, and Microsoft Suite.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Web Design, or related field.
Exceptional written/verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills to define design requirements, prioritize and manage requests, and effectively set and meet expectations with stakeholders.
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Critical and creative thinker with effective problem-solving ability.
Adaptability and flexibility to work independently and with a team as projects require.
Strong interest in exploring new creative formats and ways to execute, including ways to leverage AI for graphic design, image and video creation.
