About the role

  • Creative Brand Designer at Vero responsible for ASEAN brand identity and visual communications. Designing assets and maintaining brand consistency across various platforms and channels.

Responsibilities

  • As Creative Brand Designer, you will be in charge of Vero’s brand identity throughout ASEAN.
  • Ensuring coherence, consistency, and quality across all brand assets.
  • Concept, design, deliver, and improve creative work across key channels.
  • Lead Vero’s corporate brand design.
  • Own Vero’s visual identity across ASEAN, keeping it consistent across markets and teams.
  • Create and maintain templates and brand tools that help teams work faster while staying on-brand.
  • Be the go-to creative partner for the corporate communications team.
  • Design thought leadership and editorial assets.
  • Create rich visuals for newsletters and internal communications when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong design experience of at least three to four years, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Confidence designing across formats, from social content to web assets to presentation and report design.
  • Strong creative thinking, direction, conceptualization and design execution in all mediums; including designing and executing graphic motions (2D animation).
  • A portfolio showing brand systems, campaign design, digital content, and strong layout craft (editorial/long-form is a plus).
  • A sharp eye for brand consistency, detail, and typography.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and stakeholders, and able to translate feedback into stronger work.
  • The ability to move quickly without sacrificing craft, managing multiple priorities with calm and focus.
  • Outstanding English communication skills across speaking, listening, writing, and presenting.
  • Comfort working in a young, multicultural environment.
  • Curiosity, the instinct to ask better questions, keep learning, and push the work forward.
