About the role

  • Foster long-term strategic relationships with Dealer partners and drive revenue in a large portfolio of brands and clients
  • Be an expert on your portfolio of brands and have a strong understanding of their market position and performance drivers on the Carwow platform
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow the brand's presence and success on the platform to drive revenue
  • Hold targeted and constructive conversations with clients primarily through phone and video calls to embed yourself in their business
  • Present insightful data and recommend process improvements to dealer partners to boost their return on investment on Carwow
  • Lead an industry-leading onboarding and early lifecycle plan for new partners to drive adoption and engagement on the platform
  • Take ownership of your portfolio’s performance with clear portfolio plans to scale revenue whilst achieving high retention rates
  • Effectively manage a large portfolio of partners with the ability to ruthlessly prioritise
  • Collaborate closely with the field-based Partner Success team to ensure client strategies are executed seamlessly and effectively

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on building and nurturing relationships with external dealer partners
  • Proactive outreach via phone calls and in-person client meetings
  • Consultative and creative problem solver, offering tailored solutions to address partner challenges
  • Ability to tell engaging and impactful stories with data
  • Proven history of driving revenue growth in a portfolio of clients by effectively upselling additional products and services
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven; takes ownership of portfolio performance
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritise highest-impact tasks and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Adaptable and resilient; thrives in a fast-paced environment and adjusts to pivoting direction and priorities
  • Self-starter who identifies solutions and executes plans to resolve challenges
  • Proficient in handling and analysing data using Excel/Google sheets

  • Can commit to remote-hybrid with 3 days per week in our London office (application asks)
