About the role

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, compassionate care
  • Track client progress and continuously refine treatment plans for optimal outcomes
  • Educate and empower caregivers through ongoing training and guidance
  • Stay current with ABA research and integrate best practices into daily work

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis
  • BCBA License through the BACB
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
