About the role

  • Provide an excellent customer experience by professionally responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending exceptional, targeted solutions in both official languages (French and English).
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Generate client-specific reports and record any account changes while ensuring all service interactions comply with guidelines and organizational performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a similar client-focused professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with particular expertise in Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively influence customers to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Secondary School Diploma (Diplôme d'études secondaires - DES) or equivalent required, and bilingualism is mandatory (proficiency in French and English).
