Responsibilities

Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a similar client-focused professional environment.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with particular expertise in Excel for reporting and data management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively influence customers to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Secondary School Diploma (Diplôme d'études secondaires - DES) or equivalent required, and bilingualism is mandatory (proficiency in French and English).
