About the role

  • Administrative Analyst providing bilingual (Japanese/Portuguese) support in the chocolate industry. Responsibilities include translation, administrative tasks, and expatriate assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Translation/Interpretation: Support for in-person and online meetings, communication with local staff, suppliers, factory visits, technical supplier visits, etc.
  • Written translation: Translation of presentations, control documents, meeting minutes, notices and emails, etc.
  • Personal support: Expatriate support according to personal needs; information gathering, accompaniment and scheduling of medical appointments, etc.
  • Administrative activities: General payments, reimbursements, budgeting, internal documents, travel requests, transportation, among other tasks as required.
  • Other activities: Support during technical trips, supplier visits, external meetings, and attendance at trade shows and exhibitions when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Japanese.
  • Experience providing support to expatriates.
