Responsibilities
Translation/Interpretation: Support for in-person and online meetings, communication with local staff, suppliers, factory visits, technical supplier visits, etc.
Written translation: Translation of presentations, control documents, meeting minutes, notices and emails, etc.
Personal support: Expatriate support according to personal needs; information gathering, accompaniment and scheduling of medical appointments, etc.
Administrative activities: General payments, reimbursements, budgeting, internal documents, travel requests, transportation, among other tasks as required.
Other activities: Support during technical trips, supplier visits, external meetings, and attendance at trade shows and exhibitions when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in Japanese.
Experience providing support to expatriates.
