About the role

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and main liaison for an assigned portfolio of P&C insurance clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to recommend tailored software solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Implementation, Training) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Monitor account health and proactively address issues or risks
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients during site visits, user group meetings, webinars, and company events
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through strategic engagement and support
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity in CRM systems
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings (some travel required)
  • Travel to client sites and occasionally to the London, Ontario office for meetings or team events
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Experience working in or strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to travel; must possess a valid G license (limited travel)
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
  • Nice to have: F/CIP designation or working towards F/CIP designation
  • Nice to have: Basic understanding of SQL
