About the role

  • Sales Manager for B2B SaaS solutions in the construction sector. Actively engaging with clients and managing the sales process from lead qualification to contract close.

Responsibilities

  • Active sales of our time-tracking solution (SaaS) and additional digital modules for the construction industry
  • Occasional field visits in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and presence at events
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process – from lead qualification and initial meetings to product demos, contract closing and upselling
  • Direct customer contact and cold outreach by phone or at events – you are persistent but always customer- and solution-oriented
  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, reporting, forecasting & CRM maintenance
  • Helping shape new sales strategies and actively improving our sales processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in software or SaaS sales
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for interacting with potential customers form the foundation of your work
  • Hands-on, target-driven, with a structured working style and perseverance
  • Prior knowledge of the construction industry, trades or adjacent sectors is an advantage but not required
  • Native-level German is required
