Responsibilities
Active sales of our time-tracking solution (SaaS) and additional digital modules for the construction industry
Occasional field visits in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and presence at events
Responsibility for the entire sales process – from lead qualification and initial meetings to product demos, contract closing and upselling
Direct customer contact and cold outreach by phone or at events – you are persistent but always customer- and solution-oriented
Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, reporting, forecasting & CRM maintenance
Helping shape new sales strategies and actively improving our sales processes
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in software or SaaS sales
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for interacting with potential customers form the foundation of your work
Hands-on, target-driven, with a structured working style and perseverance
Prior knowledge of the construction industry, trades or adjacent sectors is an advantage but not required
Native-level German is required
