Onboard clients, provide tailored product demonstrations, and familiarize them with internal processes
Ensure smooth start for organizers and maximize product usage and satisfaction
Develop and monitor action plans addressing acquisition, retention, and monetization
Conduct meetings to report KPIs, share updates, and provide actionable items to cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure product adoption and offer strategic advice to enhance clients’ business operations
Project management: gather client needs, escalate to appropriate internal stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional operations with Marketing, Field Operations, and B2B Support
Collect structured client feedback to inform the product roadmap
Collaborate with Support B2B and B2C teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations
Travel to meet clients across Brazil and collaborate with the global team
Requirements
Are a woman (affirmative position for women)
Proven client-facing experience in Account Management and/or Customer Support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, autonomous, and hands-on
Portuguese native (or bilingual) and confident in English
Experience in ticketing (a plus)
Passionate about the events industry
Based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro
Open to traveling across Brazil and abroad to meet clients
