About the role

  • Metro Practice Development Manager responsible for promoting CareCredit benefits to healthcare providers. Overseeing sales strategy and managing client relationships in Miami metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-person visits and promoting the benefits of CareCredit
  • Drive product adoption and engagement
  • Build strong working relationships with healthcare providers
  • Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities
  • Develop long term client relationships with physician offices
  • Engage in-person and virtually with office staff and doctors to ensure clear understanding of the CareCredit program
  • Drive engagement in scheduled, outcome-driven meetings
  • Lead sales strategy and manage budget for assigned territory
  • Document all activity in Salesforce
  • Maintain knowledge of Synchrony/Health & Wellness products

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years sales experience including 1+ years of Consultative Sales experience
  • Ability to travel daily up to 80% field with 50% overnight travel
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • Outside sales experience, Field Sales and Virtual/tele-sales experience
  • Medical sales / marketing experience
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce
  • Strong finance business/industry acumen, fluency in patient financing
  • Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly
