Responsibilities
Conducting in-person visits and promoting the benefits of CareCredit
Drive product adoption and engagement
Build strong working relationships with healthcare providers
Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities
Develop long term client relationships with physician offices
Engage in-person and virtually with office staff and doctors to ensure clear understanding of the CareCredit program
Drive engagement in scheduled, outcome-driven meetings
Lead sales strategy and manage budget for assigned territory
Document all activity in Salesforce
Maintain knowledge of Synchrony/Health & Wellness products
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years sales experience including 1+ years of Consultative Sales experience
Ability to travel daily up to 80% field with 50% overnight travel
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Outside sales experience, Field Sales and Virtual/tele-sales experience
Medical sales / marketing experience
Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce
Strong finance business/industry acumen, fluency in patient financing
