Responsibilities
Atuar como N2 dos parceiros de software e revendas TEF Elgin, recebendo as demandas de atendimento
Realizar chamadas ativas para resolver problemas escalonados pela gestão
Resolver as necessidades dos parceiros, ou realizar o escalonamento para uma equipe interna/fornecedor quando necessário
Gerir a fila de atendimentos, garantindo que os chamados e chats serão respondidos dentro tempo e qualidade combinados
Reportar à coordenação qualquer anormalidade ou situação relevante à operação
Auxiliar na geração de documentação técnica e/ou treinamentos esporádicos para os parceiros e revendas de TEF.
Requirements
Ensino Médio Completo ou Superior Cursando em Tecnologia (diferencial)
Pacote Office
Softwares: configuração de sistemas operacionais Windows, Linux e Android.
Entender o funcionamento de um sistema de transações eletrônicas
Analisar um arquivo de log gerado pelas ferramentas
Compreensão de um sistema que opera transações seguras através de conexão pela internet
Compreensão da topologia de sistemas informacionais conectados à internet, seus casos de uso e funcionamento esperado
Executar tarefas de suporte como instalar/reinstalar programas, instalar/atualizar drivers e gerar documentação técnica
Correlacionar as evidências coletadas durante o atendimento para identificar a causa raiz dos problemas e tomar decisões para restabelecimento da operação.
