Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the assigned territory
Lead and coordinate strategic sales campaigns, leveraging internal resources and cross-functional teams
Conduct in-depth workflow analyses and “day in the lab” assessments to present tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across healthcare systems
Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform account strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and participate in quarterly business reviews
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales environments (e.g., capital equipment, medical devices, diagnostics).
Proven success in new business acquisition and solution selling.
Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics, including Chemistry and Immunoassay workflows.
Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman).
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.
