Requirements
Preferably, a college diploma or university degree
At least two years of experience in a management role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in coaching and developing team members
Proficiency in various PC software applications
Strong leadership capabilities
Excellent customer service acumen
Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
