  • Specialize in tax planning and compliance for trusts, estates, and high-net-worth clients
  • Offer expert tax advisory services and strategic consultation to clients
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to senior accountants and junior staff
  • Conduct in-depth research to resolve complex tax matters
  • Ensure adherence to both state and federal tax regulations
  • Support client relationship management efforts and maintain strong client connections

Requirements

  • Preferred background in business return preparation
  • 3+ years of experience as an Audit Manager
  • Extensive experience with state trust returns and 1040 tax filings
  • Expertise in managing complex multi-state tax filings
  • Skilled in researching intricate tax issues and offering client advice
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus
  • Active CPA
  • Open to relocation to Indianapolis
  • This role will not provide VISA sponsorship
