About the role

  • Provide field level support to physicians and other clinical and administrative professionals
  • Work closely with assigned Territory Managers and travel extensively to provide in-servicing support, product demonstrations, and case support
  • Help drive sales revenue to exceed division targets
  • Define and develop new business opportunities that reflect the company’s goals
  • Conduct business with integrity and in accordance with Bard’s Code of Ethics
  • Build and maintain sustainable business relationships within accounts
  • Coordinate with field sales on customer evaluations
  • Complete required administrative duties on time and with appropriate detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0 to 2 years of general sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills
  • Strong capacity to adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Strong information gathering ability, analysis, problem solving and independent thinking skills
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate level of keyboarding skills, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license and a driving record satisfactory to the Company
