Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Fler’s key accounts in Italy
  • Manage commercial performance, relationships with buyers and long-term partnerships
  • Drive strategic expansion within existing accounts and onboard new retail partners
  • Define and execute trade marketing strategies per account
  • Oversee in-store performance and monitor merchandising compliance
  • Manage trade investments with an ROI-driven mindset
  • Coordinate field sales team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Key Account support within FMCG, beauty or personal care
  • Exposure to retail environments such as specialty, pharmacy/drugstore or perfumery
  • Understanding of retail calendars, promotional mechanics and trade marketing levers
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Structured, hands-on mindset to combine strategy and execution
  • Proactive and collaborative approach
  • Fluent Italian and English writing and speaking skills
