Responsibilities
- Lead Agile projects, acting as the Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, user stories, and sprint backlogs
- Manage project timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, specifically Scrum
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience using project management tools and software
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
