About the role

  • Associate Project Manager responsible for Professional Services projects across Crownpeak's Product Discovery and Accessibility solutions, ensuring timely deliveries and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ‘hands-on’ project management of projects throughout their life cycle: managing the delivery from project initiation, through development until project closure
  • Customer facing role serving as a primary point of contact for clients providing regular status reporting regarding project progress
  • Communicating any risks, issues and dependencies clearly ensuring transparency and alignment across all parties
  • Support the management of project budgets by tracking hours spent and collating effort required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support resource allocation and scheduling across projects
  • Responsible for monitoring the issues and risks on projects
  • Provide support to the other Project Managers and the Senior Program Manager to ensure a high quality of project governance across Professional Services projects.

Requirements

  • Certification or training in Project Management
  • Experience in technology/software projects
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence and Salesforce
