About the role

  • Project Coordinator assisting with product builds and project management at Woodward. Ensuring smooth project operations by managing schedules and documentation, and facilitating supplier/customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with projects.
  • Facilitate project issues including with suppliers and customers.
  • Coordinate all product builds (i.e., Hardware, Software, etc.).
  • Manage and track project artifacts (schedule, budget, risks, etc.) at discretion of Project/Program Manager.
  • Participate in project meetings.
  • Assist with gate and project deliverables.
  • Manage schedules, tasks, and documentation to ensure project operations run smoothly.
  • Support the project manager in developing and maintaining schedules.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and project/program managers.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders.
  • Works closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate project execution.

Requirements

  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
  • All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
  • Basic competency in using project management tools like Planisware or Jira.
  • Solid competency in using ERP and planning tools to track and manage parts required for project execution.
