Responsibilities
You will use self-sourced data to analyse specific process performance, contributing to root cause analysis and solution proposals
You will measure results against existing KPIs and report findings to senior management
You will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining automations within existing platforms (Jira, Hubspot, Pipedream)
You will focus on developing and launching smaller, defined automations that address immediate pain points
You will collaborate actively with teams such as Underwriting, Product & Engineering, and Sales globally to gather requirements and execute tasks that improve overall efficiency
You will support the coordination and communication required to align project activities
You will execute process improvement tasks by assisting senior team members in identifying and prioritising inefficiencies and opportunities in how teams work
Requirements
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally at a fast-paced startup or scale-up
Previous experience with workflow automations (e.g., Jira/Hubspot/Pipedream) is essential
You're a self-starter who proactively seeks to understand underlying problems and takes initiative to investigate and recommend solutions
You have a hands-on, analytical approach to problem-solving
You have proven experience in gathering requirements, interpreting data, and presenting findings clearly
Hands-on experience with SQL is required
Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist in the delivery of custom solutions and automations
Knowledge of Python or another scripting languages is a big plus!
