About the role

  • Support execution of Spotify Advertising business marketing strategy in the UK to drive demand and consideration among brands, agencies, and advertising partners
  • Collaborate with the UK Senior Marketing Manager to identify in-market opportunities and develop scalable programs
  • Create and run integrated marketing campaigns inclusive of digital, social, and experiential extensions aligned with global narrative and research
  • Coordinate activations across Spotify Advertising-owned events, regional sponsorships, conferences, and campaigns, including content development, production support, guest list and invitation management, and executive briefings
  • Own adaptation and localisation of sales materials and programs to ensure cultural relevance for the UK market
  • Manage UK memberships with trade organisations and act as Spotify’s liaison
  • Assist global business marketing team in maintaining market digital channels including social content, paid media, website and newsletters
  • Lead the UK awards strategy: research, identify, and submit campaigns to relevant industry awards
  • Drive EMEA merchandise and client gifting strategy and oversee UK merchandise planning, production, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional working groups to build scalable, innovative digital programs for client education
  • Reconcile program, department, and event budgets; work with Procurement and Finance to track budgets, manage POs, and set up suppliers
  • Report to Head of EMEA Business Marketing and work closely with Senior Marketing Manager (UK) and local, regional, and international teams; hybrid role with London office attendance at least 2 days per week

Requirements

  • BA in Marketing or an equivalent degree
  • 5+ years of experience in the digital media environment, in a similar B2B marketing role
  • Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with local and international teams
  • Proactive self-starter, willing to jump in and execute
  • Extensive experience running complex multi-channel programs, including content development and live/digital events
  • Experience working with Sales teams and a history of strong internal relationships
  • Good understanding of the media landscape in the UK
  • Ability to mix creativity with strategic thinking and strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Consistent track record of project management from concept through implementation and completion
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred: experience using Keynote, Salesforce, Asana, Splash and the Google suite
  • Willingness/ability to work from London office at least 2 days per week
