About the role

  • Responsible for all aspects of facilities management within a designated set of buildings and wider portfolio
  • Client relationship management
  • Working as part of a team to ensure efficient management of the sites
  • Day to day management of team members both site and non-site based

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience of working in a similar role
  • Ensure that the day to day running of buildings within the portfolio is addressed
  • To assist the Senior Management Team in meeting the operational requirements of the FM team
  • To provide the highest level of service standards to client and building tenants
  • Ensure regular property inspections are carried out and recorded
  • Client and occupier liaison – maintain relationship with client and occupiers on regular basis
  • Line managing direct reports and monitor all onsite staff
  • To monitor contractor/supplier performance, reporting to contracts manager as required
  • To draft and monitor service charge budgets
  • Understand expenditure allocation and ensure invoices are correctly apportioned to each property
  • Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with MAPP policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework
