About the role
- Associate Director responsible for facilities management in Glasgow for MAPP. Ensuring service quality, managing Teams, and client relationships in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of facilities management within a designated set of buildings and wider portfolio
- Client relationship management
- Working as part of a team to ensure efficient management of the sites
- Day to day management of team members both site and non-site based
Requirements
- 4+ years experience of working in a similar role
- Ensure that the day to day running of buildings within the portfolio is addressed
- To assist the Senior Management Team in meeting the operational requirements of the FM team
- To provide the highest level of service standards to client and building tenants
- Ensure regular property inspections are carried out and recorded
- Client and occupier liaison – maintain relationship with client and occupiers on regular basis
- Line managing direct reports and monitor all onsite staff
- To monitor contractor/supplier performance, reporting to contracts manager as required
- To draft and monitor service charge budgets
- Understand expenditure allocation and ensure invoices are correctly apportioned to each property
- Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with MAPP policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework
