About the role

  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the website, optimizing SEO, and improving content to generate and convert leads
  • Owns website improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
  • Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives
  • Developing and executing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the website's visibility and organic search rankings
  • Optimizing website content to attract and engage target audiences
  • Implementing a comprehensive lead generation strategy
  • Analyzing website and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
  • Generating regular reports and presenting findings to senior leadership
  • Creating an editorial calendar to plan and organize content creation and distribution
  • Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to generate leads
  • Setting email marketing and social media strategies to reach and engage target audiences
  • Conducting market research and audience analysis to identify target segments and their needs
  • Maintaining and optimizing customer portals to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer portal issues and improving user satisfaction
  • Working with the UX team to identify and resolve technical glitches affecting the website and customer portals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in (digital) marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5-8 years in digital marketing
  • Highly skilled in SEO
  • Lead generation and campaign optimization
  • Analytic and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with social media platform, campaign strategy and blogging
  • Health Insurance marketing experience
  • Strong business acumen to drive digital strategies B2B & B2C
  • Complex problem-solving critical thinking and analytics
  • Familiarity w/compliance with WCAG 2.0 AA regulations
  • Agile Project Management experience, including working as product owner, developing user stories, and working through backlogs
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and organization skills
  • Collaboration Skills with interdepartmental stakeholders and problem solving
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Team player
  • Self-directed / fast pace
  • Microsoft Office/Teams
  • Website administration proficiency in Kentico CMS (or like platform)
  • Skilled with digital marketing and email automation to enhance marketing execution
