About the role

  • Digital Marketing Expert driving strategic marketing initiatives for Geutebrück, enhancing brand visibility. Collaborating with sales and product management for effective campaigns and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, implement and manage digital campaigns that not only generate reach but initiate real dialogues
  • Build and evolve our content ecosystem—from LinkedIn to targeted campaigns—based on a clear, long-term plan
  • Integrate SEO, storytelling and AI-driven visibility to create a consistent digital presence
  • Plan and execute webinars, customer events and trade show appearances with professional execution and a distinct character
  • Translate strategic objectives into effective measures that strengthen sales—precise, measurable and transparent
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify target audiences, topics and priorities
  • Budget planning, performance tracking and reporting based on relevant KPIs and ROI metrics
  • Confident handling of CRM, automation and analytics systems; you use processes deliberately and actively manage them

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally focusing on visibility, content and sales enablement
  • Proven experience planning and executing content and performance campaigns with measurable results
  • Creativity, initiative and a passion for driving topics forward and delivering impact
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail—global perspective, precise in execution
  • Confident use of CRM, CMS and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Strong sensitivity to language, impact and people, and the ability to make data tangible
