About the role
- Support the Director, Automotive, in developing and expanding the Automotive segment
- Develop innovative ideas for a structured approach to the segment
- Acquire new clients for filling key positions and expand key accounts
- Develop strategies based on market analysis and take responsibility for their implementation
- Manage existing clients and continuously deepen cooperation at management level
- Lead recruitment processes for national and international mandates
- Conduct targeted discussions with candidates, interim managers and clients
- Act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER and generate enthusiasm for senior-level positions
- Assist the Director in recruiting additional advisors
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on professional experience in the Automotive segment or in a consulting firm with a focus on Automotive
- Affinity for sales and business development
- A structured, conscientious working approach and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Professional, representative demeanor
- A strong commitment to quality and customer orientation
- A professional network at decision-maker level in the industry is advantageous but not required
