Responsibilities
Serve as a leader within the Commercial Account Management team, contributing to the development and execution of the group’s strategic roadmap
Lead the strategic planning and execution of global biotech strategy initiatives
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in delivery models, operational processes, partnership and governance frameworks, cross-business unit collaboration, and tools to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Collaborate with delivery and cross-functional leaders, enterprise-level business unit leads, and business development (BD) leads for seamless integration of relationship engagement, strategy and delivery across the clinical development lifecycle of biotech portfolio accounts
Represent operational voice in client engagements, proposals, and bid defenses tailoring to biotech client needs
Partner with the regional BD team to identify and prioritize strategic biotech accounts to build and support long-term relationship growth and client satisfaction,
Provide executive-level oversight for the planning, execution, and delivery of global clinical programs across the strategic biotech client portfolio
Promote professional standards and ethical conduct that reflect Fortrea’s values and mission
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Requirements
Extensive experience in clinical research, project delivery, and/or consulting within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, with 5+ years of director-level leadership experience
BS degree or higher in life sciences, public health, health economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MS, MPH, PhD) is preferred
Proven track record of strategic leadership and successful delivery of complex global clinical programs
Strong business acumen, client-facing experience, and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
