Senior Lead Credit Product Specialist at Wells Fargo. Partnering with Commercial Banking to deliver financing solutions to clients and prospects.
Responsibilities
Partner with Commercial Banking to lead the sourcing of new open account product (Supplier Finance , Key Account Purchase and A/R Securitization) clients or growing of existing relationships in close coordination with coverage teams
Understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions within the context of individual deals and client relationships
Partner with client teams to independently work on client transactions and advise on peer transactions, including highly complex, larger, and multi-product financing opportunities, including analyzing potential opportunities, structuring, proposing, and selling tailored financial solutions to clients, strategically leading internal coordination, and submitting transactions to management or independent risk for approval
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert product advisor to Supply Chain and Channel Solutions leadership as well as business partners from CB
Partner with product functional partners to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively, including large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategies
Serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Requirements
7+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
History of success in partnering with CB relationship managers in driving thoughtful, well structured product solutions for bank clients in partnership with Relationship Managers
Expertise originating, structuring and closing large, structured finance transactions (ABL, Leasing and Lending, Factoring, Etc…)
Knowledge of Supplier Finance, Key Accounts Purchase and/or AR Securitization products and markets
Proven track record of solutions/product representation to C Suite Finance executives (CFO, Treasurer)
Ability to successfully collaborate with functional subject matter experts to lead complex deal teams, transactions and strategic growth initiatives
