About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the ongoing success of a marquee $3MM+ analytics business in top 10 global pharma
  • Develop and execute commercial plans
  • Maintain and grow existing revenue streams through proactive planning
  • Guide multi-brand portfolios encompassing digital analytics, social listening, measurement, and RWD
  • Serve as a senior advisor to Director–C-Suite clients
  • Design digital analytics and measurement approaches
  • Oversee annual planning, KPIs, governance, and reporting structures across all analytics workstreams
  • Ensure insights inform strategy across brand and disease initiatives

Requirements

  • 12-15+ years in social media analytics, digital analytics, social listening, or related research fields in healthcare
  • Deep expertise with social listening and earned media analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of digital behaviors and motivations of patients, caregivers, and HCPs
  • Track record of leading high revenue accounts and complex portfolios in healthcare
  • Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing and scaling high-performing teams
  • Strong operational and financial management capabilities
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance insight development and efficiency
