Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and execution of market research projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients
- Assist in creating strategic deliverables such as ATU studies, Demand studies, segmentation, and message testing reports
- Conduct basic analysis of structured survey data
- Interpret research findings for hypothesis generation and strategic storytelling
- Create clear, client-ready outputs using Excel and PowerPoint
- Support project managers in tracking timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics, Business, Psychology, or Quantitative Research
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in market research, strategy consulting, or healthcare analytics
- Strong interest in data-driven strategy in life sciences/pharmaceuticals
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to SPSS, Q, R, or Python is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical data or commercial strategy concepts (e.g., TPPs, segmentation, message testing)
- Experience working on survey-based research in a consulting or academic setting
- Exposure to global markets or HCP survey fielding processes
- Analytical curiosity and a willingness to learn advanced techniques like segmentation, modeling, MaxDiff, and TURF
