Responsibilities
- Contribute to the successful delivery and management of MEL projects across the portfolio through providing technical and project management inputs.
- Contribute to business development activities and bid writing.

- Generate robust evidence and use this to support clients and shape global debates.
- Support clients in reflecting, learning and managing change.

Requirements
- Experience in providing technical inputs into evaluation and/or MEL projects in FCAS contexts.
- Experience in at least one of the following: conflict prevention; peacebuilding; security and justice; stabilisation; serious and organised crime; women, peace and security; and preventing violent extremism, humanitarian assistance and migration.
- Preferably, experience in project management as well as experience in business development and contributing to writing and winning proposals.
- Experience in applying a range of tools and techniques in a structured and systematic way to produce evidence-based findings.
- Experience in managing projects and teams and to deliver to high-quality standards; strong commercial project management skills.
- Skilled in building trust-based relationships with clients, contributing to the development of winning proposals.
